Disintegration
1. Clean the valve dirt with a brush and cotton yarn (before, put the tools and rubber out)
2. Make a mark
Use a marker to draw a V-shaped mark on the joint surface of the valve cover and the valve body.
3. Remove the pressure flange nut
Note that the removed nuts and gaskets are placed neatly.
4. Loose door cover nut
Pay attention to loosen it, don't remove it
5. After opening the door twice, remove the door wheel
Pay attention to order neatly
6. Repair button
Triangular file repairs the burrs of the square T-shaped buckle.
7. Remove the nut of the door cover, take off the walla head and check the sealing line, remove the winding pad and put it away.
8. Withdraw the door lever, take out the packing
Clean up, inspect, measure and record
1. Door pole
After sanding the emery cloth, wipe it clean with a white cloth. Use a steel ruler to measure the curvature of the door post (less than 0.2mm), measure the outside diameter of the door post, and record. The valve stem thread is intact, and it can be flexibly matched with the threaded sleeve. The surface is smooth without defects such as rust and abrasion.
2. Sealing part
The sealing surface of the valve disc and the valve seat should be free of defects such as cracks, rust and scratches. The sealing line is continuous without interruption, and the contact surface is above 80%.
3. Door seat and door cover
Clean the inside and outside of the door seat and door cover, and clean the joint surface with a scraper. The door seat and door cover have no defects such as blisters and cracks. The joint surface of the door body and the door cover is smooth, and whether the notch and protrusion are damaged, the radial clearance should meet the requirements (usually 0.2mm---0.5mm). Check the valve door cover. The screw thread of the door cover should be free from wear, deformation, and damage. It fits well with the valve stem thread and rotates flexibly. The threaded connection between the door cover and the outer cover should be tight and firm and not loose. Prepare the screws on the joint surface of the door seat. The gasket is intact and free of defects.
4. Pressure Lan and Packing Room
Clean up and polish. Especially pressure blue paint. The pressure flange is intact, no rust and dirt; the packing room is clean, smooth, and defect-free. The thread of each bolt and nut should be intact and matched properly. The gap between the gate rod and the flange is 0.20—0.30mm, and the gap between the flange and the packing chamber is 0.30—0.35mm. The thread of each bolt and nut should be intact and matched properly. If the gap is too large, it should be marked as exceeding the standard.

1. Door pole
The surface of the door rod is smooth and has no defects such as rust and abrasion. The T-thread has no wear, no deformation, no damage, and it fits well with the door sleeve and rotates flexibly. The curvature of the door pole (standard is less than 0.20mm): 0.05mm, which meets the requirements.
2. Sealing part
There are no defects such as cracks, rust and scratches on the sealing surface of the walla head and the door seat. The sealing line is continuous and complete without interruption, and the contact surface is above 80%. Meet the requirements.
3. Door seat and door cover
The door seat and door cover have no defects such as blisters and cracks. The connecting surface of the door body and the door cover is smooth, and the notches and convex openings are intact. The thread of the door sleeve is free from wear, deformation, and damage. It fits well with the valve stem thread and rotates flexibly. The threaded connection between the door sleeve and the outer sleeve should be tight and firm and not loose. Radial clearance between door seat and door cover notch and convex opening (usually 0.2mm---0.5mm): 0.36mm, which meets quality standards.
4. Pressure Lan and Packing Room
The pressure flange is intact, no rust and dirt; the packing room is clean, smooth, and defect-free. The thread of each bolt and nut should be intact and matched properly. The gap between the door rod and the pressure flange (standard 0.20—0.30mm): 0.36. Does not meet quality standards. The gap between the flange and the packing chamber (standard is 0.30—0.35mm): 0.30. Meet quality standards.
(2) Inspection results
The gap between the gate rod and the pressure flange does not meet the quality standard, and the other items meet the quality standard.

1. Make packing.
2. Put on the pressure flange, pass through the door post, and place the door post in the half-open position.
3. Put the pad into the notch (coated with lead powder as required).
4. Hang the tile pull head, install the door cover according to the mark, tighten the joint surface screws (check it again after tightening the corners evenly), and check whether the gap is even.
5. Close the door and add packing. Stagger by 120°, make two turns and one tight. After adding, check whether the pressure flange is perpendicular to the doorpost.
6. Go to the door wheel and close the door again to close it.
7. Clean the surface of the door and seal it. Clean up the site, pack up tools, and hand in papers.
