When installing the butterfly valve, it must be ensured that the flange surface and the sealing rubber are aligned, the fasteners are evenly tightened diagonally, and the sealing surface must be intact; if there is uneven tightening of the fasteners, rubber bumps will block the valve clapper. , Or against the valve clack causing leakage at the valve stem.

2. Installation steps of wafer butterfly valve

The correct installation of the wafer butterfly valve is related to the degree of sealing of the butterfly valve and whether it will leak, including the safety in working conditions. The user should understand the installation process.

1. As shown in the figure, put the closed butterfly valve in the middle of the pipe flange;

2. Align the through holes of the valve with the pipe flanges at both ends, and install the stud bolt fasteners (note that the diagonals are evenly locked);

3. After the valve is installed, the valve needs to be opened and closed. The 90° stroke of the valve can run freely without jamming, and it should be confirmed that the valve disc cannot touch the inner wall of the pipeline, causing it to be unable to open in place at 90°;
