   1. Hot melt connection

Hot-melt connection is a thermal reaction process of top heating, heating, constant temperature, and cooling through the port of the pipe or fitting in a specific model under the specified temperature condition, so that the two ends of the fusion are fully, uniformly and regularly Ground and complete fusion bonding technology.    (1) Direct hot melt connection

In order to increase the use pressure of the socket connection, one can also use the method shown, and then add a sleeve to the socket part.

   There are special tools for hot-melt connection, which are simple and low-cost, and can be used as long as there is a 220V power supply, and the connection strength is relatively high.

   (3) Electrofusion connection

   When the same thermoplastic pipe is connected, insert a special electrofusion pipe fitting, and the electrofusion connection machine is energized to the electrofusion pipe fitting, and the required heat is generated by the resistance wire pre-embedded inside the electrofusion pipe fitting. After cooling, the pipe is connected to the electrofusion pipe. The pipe fittings are connected as a whole.

Electrofusion connection is generally used in places where hot fusion connection is not possible due to the limitation of the installation location.
